YOUR STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO WORKING WITH US

 
 

We will guide you through the steps required and make the build simple and organised

  1. Consultation to assess your requirements to pre[pare & finalise our quote for your approval. Typically this may be done over 1-3 calls.

  2. Book your project into our production diary - at this stage we require 50% of the total project cost to be paid upfront as a deposit.

  3. We can then start the pre-build artworking phase [if your agreed quote includes this] to get the design of key pages approved before building.

  4. Before we move to the build phase you will add any initial content into the Google Drive folder provided. We usually like to build out the basic structure & design first to help guide you on what content we recommend

  5. Your project will then be handed over to George to complete the design and our Build Team who will start building your site.

  6. You will view your new site for the first time on a screen share call with George - dates for your first feedback deadline & our in-house feedback session will be confirmed - this is your chance to provide feedback and work with us to achieve the results you require.

  7. After actioning any initial feedback, we will ask you via email to sign off on the general look and feel of your site and provide you with a list of any outstanding content we need you to gather - again confirming dates for your content deadline & our in-house content session.

  8. The Build Team will add the outstanding copy & images etc. to your site. Once completed, we will email you to confirm dates for your final feedback deadline & our last in-house feedback session.

  9. After actioning any final feedback, we will send the site back to you and double check that you are happy for it to be set live.

  10. Time for the technical - we will set up basic SEO, test the site and talk you through paying for your Squarespace plan before connecting your domain and submitting the site to search consoles.

  11. We will also provide you with relevant tutorial videos - showing you how to complete simple, likely day to day tasks on your site, (editing text, swapping images etc.)

  12. Our final invoice will be issued when the site is complete - please note this is due on issue. 

  13. We will happily answer any questions, fix any small tweaks and provide advice on managing the site as required whilst the site beds in during the first two weeks.

  14. We will be available on quick turnaround at our hourly rate for any future development or help beyond this point - if you require a more formal maintenance agreement just ask!
