Paying for your Squarespace Plan

1. Accept your invite - if you don’t already have access to the back end of your site, we will send you a contributor invite email. Click the ‘accept’ button and create an account or login with an existing Squarespace account.

2. Once logged in, you should see a menu on the left hand side. Go to Settings > Billing > Subscriptions > Website > Upgrade your subscription > Subscribe

3. Select your plan - We recommend the Business Plan for most of our clients. If you are on a tight budget and would prefer to go for the Personal Plan, please consult us first to ensure that your site is not using any premium features such as the newsletter signup block, ecommerce, or code injections (often used for styling). The Business Plan is the minimum needed for ecommerce but you will be charged a 3% transaction fee on sales on top of the fee you will pay to PayPal or Stripe. More on Squarespace’s plans here.

4. Proceed through the checkout - it’s significantly cheaper to pay annually than it is to pay monthly.
