Week 1 – project ORGANISATION
✅ We organise the project in-house and book in to our schedules
✅ We collect any key information from you as required
✅ We request any initial content like logo / branding / placeholder images etc
Week 2–3 – website Design & build
Note: If you choose the paid extra option of pre-build artwork (web page mock-ups) for your main page/pages, this phase may take 1-2 weeks longer.
✅ We build out your website using a “Design First” approach - focusing on structure and overall design
✅ We will share the site on an initial screenshare
✅ You can supply any feedback and we will apply to the site where applicable
Week 3-4+ – content collection & adding to the site
✅ You supply your content using the draft site build as a template
✅ Our content collation process is simple and highly organised
✅ We add in your content, tidy up the details and take on any additional key feedback
Week 4+ – Final Edits & Testing
✅ We polish up all the small details on the site and take on any remaining minor feedback or changes
✅ We test across devices and browsers
✅ We connect your domain and set up the essential SEO and any final technical tasks
Week 5 - 6 + Launch!
✅ Your website goes live!
✅ We will submit your site to search engines
What Can Delay a Project?
To keep things on track, it helps if:
Your content (text, images etc) is supplied on time in full using our system so we can add in to the site in one go.
Your feedback is clear and timely and uses our feedback system
Stop/start or an iterative process is avoided and our schedule and methods are kept to
